K9Ontrack® is the latest in cloud-based training and incident reporting management for canine teams. K9Ontrack® is developed
by an experienced canine handler, trainer and canine unit supervisor with over 18 years of experience training and working canines.

Initially developed for Arson Dog Teams, all detector disciplines will eventually be available.
An Operational reporting component is in development.

K9Ontrack® is simple, providing easy data entry. This system asks only for the information critical
to your canine teams’ training. The system screens are uncluttered. The system allows for easy navigation
from screen to screen. Your individual 'home screen' lists all recent completed training logs. Each 'report' is
flagged as Waiting for Approval, Approved, or Rejected. Reports flagged as Rejected generate an automated
email message notifying the handler to make necessary changes and request re approval.

Accessibility
Customized access authority. You determine who needs access to your data.
Supervisors or other authorized users have access to your data as soon as you
enter it into the system. No need to download, upload or even email reports for approval.
As soon as you enter it, your supervisor can review it and approve it.
Supervisors: Fast review, approval and denial process. As individual reports are reviewed
they can be approved or rejected. Rejected reports have the option for supervisors to comment
on specific reasons for the rejection. Handlers are prompted with an email requesting they
correct the report and resubmit.
